Description:
The nature and size of the works varies and cannot be determined in advance. In addition, the implementation times cannot be laid down in advance. The assignments are placed in the execution of the framework agreement by means of partial assignments (= orders). Orders are placed in function of the available budgets, the needs of Woonpunt Zennevallei BV and the priority installations to be determined. The quantities actually ordered differ from the quantities from the inventory. The quantities from the inventory are therefore merely indicative and only serve for the comparison of the registrations. With the award of the assignment, the chosen contractor does not obtain any right to implement the quantities stated in the inventory nor the total amount of the orders, nor with regard to the amounts to be ordered by post, nor with the proportions of the quantities specified for each post of the inventory.
