Our branch in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw will move to Grimbergen at the beginning of 2026. 0% of the This framework agreement mainly includes maintenance, on-call service, interventions and repairs under total guarantee (including the replacement of 80% of central heating boilers aged 20 years and older), with regard to: - collective central heating systems - individual central heating systems - electric heating systems - hot water preparation - solar boilers - ventilation systems C/D - rainwater pumps - submersible pumps - faeces pumps - water softeners The installations are located within the rental portfolio of Het Vlaamse Woonanker. The rental portfolio includes both apartments and single-family homes, spread over 7 municipalities: The following municipalities belong to the operating area of Het Vlaamse Woonanker: - Londerzeel - Meise - Kapelle-op-den-Bos - Grimbergen - Zemst - Steenokkerzeel - Kampenhout An address list is published together with these specifications.
