• Description:
• 1. Objective of the assignment To provide services for: • Preventive maintenance of gates, barriers and automatic doors. • Curative maintenance (repairs), including 24/7 on-call service. • Annual price for repairs • Possible delivery and installation of new installations. 2. Scope of the assignment • Installations as stated in appendix “Appendix_Installations.xls” (indicative). • Annual update of the list. (The tenderer cannot claim compensation for deviations in numbers/types.) 3. Purpose of preventive maintenance • All planned and periodic actions required to: o Increase the reliability and operational security of installations; o Proactively prevent malfunctions and defects. o Comfort and improve user experience. o Maximize the lifespan of installations. o Ensure safety and energy efficiency. o Comply with laws, regulations and standards. o Gain insight into the condition of installations through reporting and monitoring. Application: o Applies to all objects and systems within the agreement. o Annual updating of the installation list by the client. o Maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and legal provisions. Frequency and planning o Preventive maintenance is carried out annually according to schedule. 4.
