Description:
The object of these services: maintenance, inspection and replacement of fire plants and accessories (2025 - 2029). Explanation: The assignment concerns the maintenance and delivery of fire plants and accessories in various buildings of the municipality of Herent and the OCMW of Herent. It is a mixed one Assignment: It includes both services and deliveries. However, the assignment mainly consists of service activities. The assignment is closed for 5 years. The assignment starts on 1 June 2025. The assignment is divided into the following plots: plot 1 "Maintenance, inspection and repair of the Fire protection installation (fire center) ": Explanation: delivering and maintaining fire plants (including detectors, sensors, and push buttons). Also inspecting the fire installations in accordance with the current legislation. Maintaining and inspecting fire doors and magnets, smoke and heat dissipation installations General: All the devices to be maintained and to be inspected are located on the territory of the municipality of Herent. An inventory has been added to this cutlery (see Excel added for order documents) in which the current situation (inventory installations and quantities) per building and per entity (Municipality of Herent/OCMW) is found.
