- This framework agreement relates to: - Periodic maintenance and inspection of the roofs: This includes (not exhaustive) • cleaning and clearing roofs; • cleaning domes; • cleaning and clearing gutters, hanging gutters, box gutters, valley gutters, sliding gutters, pocket gutters, spreaders, concealed gutters and other gutter constructions; • cleaning and clearing drain pipes, collection bins, spouts, roof gullies, ball and wire grilles, snow grilles; • maintenance of green roofs; • inspection and reporting of damage symptoms; Cleaning and inspection must be carried out once a year, in the months of October/November. The board reserves the right to deviate from this rule, more or less on demand, whereby the assignment must commence within the 14 calendar days. - Carrying out repairs up to € 8,500 per partial assignment: This includes (not exhaustive) • Repairing and/or locally replacing gutters, hanging gutters, box gutters, valley gutters, sliding gutters, pocket gutters, spreaders, concealed gutters and other gutter constructions; • Repairing/replacing domes; • Repairing and/or locally replacing drain pipes, collection bins, spouts, roof gullies, ball and wire grilles, snow grilles; • Replacing roof tiles/slates; • Clearing the moss sloping roofs and applying a protective coating; • Repairing and/or locally renewing flat/sloping roofs with bituminous layers, tiles, slates, metal roofing (...
