- Framework agreement for the maintenance of hose reels, metering substations and fire hydrants at the University of Liege - Liege Campus, Arlon Campus and Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech Campus.
The initial two-year contract can be renewed once for two years.
It will begin on January 1, 2026.
THE The market is divided into 2 separable lots:
LOT 1: Liege, Sart-Tilman and Arlon, distributed as follows:
ο§ "Sart-Tilman" university campus and Sart-Tilman Scientific Park
ο§Liege "City Center" university campus comprising five sites:
1. Site of August XX including the premises occupied at 7th floor of the Opera complex and the amphitheaters which are located in this same complex.
2. Saint-Gilles site (including the locations on rue Louvrex and rue SaintGilles);
3. Outremeuse site (Fonck and Brull Barracks);
4. Beneden-Pitteurs site
ο§Arlon university campus (Department of Environmental Sciences and Management)
ο§Mount Rigi
LOT 2: Gembloux Agro biotech
ο§Gembloux university campus
For both lots, the services are carried out in two parts distinct from each other:
PART 1: control and maintenance of wire feeders, metering substations and fire hydrants, for a fixed price per type of equipment.
PART 2: necessary repairs by open orders established after inspection based on the unit prices corresponding to the defective parts in the quantity survey.
