• Description:
• The service and logistics service (hereinafter "client") is the operator of approximately 100 public buildings in the German-speaking community of Belgium, which are divided into 6 geographical clusters. Around 70% of the buildings are used for schools. Goal The aim of this tender is to commission a qualified service provider for the compliant maintenance, servicing, replacement and documentation of the portable fire extinguishers and permanently installed extinguishing systems installed in the buildings. The Funktionsweise des Auftraggebers beruht auf einem zweistufigen Rollenmodell: • Der Koordinator für die Instandhaltung ist für die Vertragsverwaltung, Beauftragung, Jahresplanung sowie strategischen Abstimmung mit dem Dienstleister zuständig. This place plans the rough framework for the annual maintenance and takes over the overall control. • The property manager for each cluster is the operational contact on site. Responsible for accompanying the companies, registering on site, handing out the running routes and so on Order lists from the facility management system and withdrawal of documentation after implementation. He monitors the practical implementation in the respective building cluster and ensures that the contractual specifications are adhered to. The tender includes two lots: • Lot 1: Portable fire extinguishers (powder, CO2, foam, water, grease fire; each with kg information) • Lot 2: Fixed extinguishing systems (e.g. dry and wet pipes, hydrants, permanently installed...
