- WP/2026/04 - 1 - Maintenance and repair of gas installations WP/2026/04 - 2 - Maintenance and repair of heat pump systems, electric boilers and storage units The framework agreement for maintenance and breakdown assistance includes: - the biennial maintenance of individual gas appliances for central heating and/or production of sanitary hot water: central heating boilers, wall-mounted boilers, combined wall-mounted boilers and gas-fired water heaters in accordance with the relevant regulations in the Flemish Decree Government of December 8, 2006; - the annual maintenance of storage heaters and electric boilers; - responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the flue gas discharges of the appliances mentioned in the attached inventory list; - carrying out repairs to the equipment listed in the attached inventory list; - carrying out heating audits on central heating appliances with a capacity greater than 20 kW; - maintenance of heat pumps every 2 years; - breakdown assistance for storage heaters Wachtebeke; - keeping an inventory list of various devices within the portfolio up to date.
