- The ACE is required to use the services of a travel organizer to manage the logistical organization of missions/state visits. The purpose of each market is the organization of a tailor-made trip, with a variable number of participants and a specific program. In principle, two missions are organized every year. The Agency also contributes to the logistical organization and economic aspects of State visits. Annually, two state visits are planned. The Agency has its cruising speed of four visits of the highest level over the year. The annual action plan issubject to modification, being dependent on political and factual circumstances.
The ACE will award the contract for the logistical organization of each mission after a mini competition to a travel organizer among the five preselected. The aim of this consultation is to establish a shortlistof these five travel offices.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the market is limited for the ACE only to expenses linked to the organization of the mission/state visit, the travel and the stay for its own staff (average of five people). The provision of services toOther participants must be dealt with directly with the participating companies and official bodies, who however are not obliged to use the designated travel agency.
