The existing fleet of the commercial cars of the Flemish & Neutral Health Insurance Fund consists of 10 company cars. This assignment provides for the replacement of the cars after they enter the previous contractdue day.
The contracting authority remains free to determine the number of cars to be ordered, without the tenderer being able to claim any compensation for this.
