- Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor per plot with a view to supporting the mobility needs of its staff. More specifically, this concerns the operational leasing of company cars and supplying and installing charging stations and supplying charging cards for employees of Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund and its BAOs. Leasing of commercial vehicles including maintenance, repairs and insurance The assignment within this lot betreft het operationeel leasen van diverse elektrische personenwagens, aanloopwagens en bestelwagens voor het personeel van Helan, zowel voor zakelijke als functionele verplaatsingen. Today, Helan leases 276 company cars for its employees. In addition, there are 45 employees who lease a car via the FIP (Flex Income Plan). The contractor is responsible for the complete management of the fleet, including: - The delivery of new vehicles according to Helan's specifications; - Periodically and corrective maintenance, including tire management; - Providing the relevant insurance: full comprehensive, civil liability, legal assistance; - Breakdown assistance and replacement vehicles in the event of immobilization; - Making one available user-friendly digital platform for reporting, follow-up and administrative management; - Providing the option for flexible final settlement (more or less kilometers); - … The vehicles are ordered on demand...
