Description:
This works contract concerns the opening and closing of trenches as well as the installation of water pipes and their accessories, including the repair of surface coverings. The successful bidder must in particular carry out the resumption of the particular connections on the new conduct if requested to do so by the Client. The contract covers sites of approximately 15 km per year in total and will be awarded to 3 successful bidders between whom the sites (subsequent contracts) will be distributed equitably (approximately 33% of the market, without this information does not bind the contracting authority). The municipalities concerned are: Braine l'Alleud (section of Braine l'Alleud), Waterloo, Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Braine le Chateau (section of Wauthier-Braine), Lasne, Genappe, Court-Saint-Etienne, Mont-Saint-Guibert, Rixensart (section of Genval), Villers-La-Ville, Les Bons Villers (section of Villers-Perwin), Wavre, La Hulpe, Tubize and Helecine. In accordance with the Applicants Decree, requiring applicants to coordinate before, during and after road works, the Contractor will also be required to work for other network managers. THE authorization request and coordination of construction sites will be done via the Powalco and KLIM-CICC platforms.
