Description:
It concerns all the nature of joinery and permanent furniture, both in new construction and renovation, both inside and outside. The nature and size of the works varies and cannot be determined in advance. Moreover, the works must be carried out on different and in advance data in the year. This is a public contract for working within the meaning of Article 2, 35 ° of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The framework agreement is concluded with several entrepreneurs. The assignments based on the framework agreement are awarded in accordance with the conditions set out in the framework agreement in accordance with Article 43, §5 and §6 of the Act of 17 June 2016 on public contracts. The assignments are placed in the execution of the framework agreement by means of partial assignments (= orders). This assignment does not provide exclusivity.
