• Description:
• 1. Through the current assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a multilateral framework agreement (per lot) in accordance with Article 43 §5 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 with the reference "P8637 P8639 TE012434 Framework Agreement for interior and exterior painting works on the three campuses of UZ Leuven" with a maximum of three tenderers per plot who can carry out the works for this assignment. 2. The execution of the assignments includes deliveries and works for the realization of interior and and exterior painting work to a cleanly finished and clearly defined whole on the three campuses of the Contracting Authority. 3. The calls within this framework agreement will amount to 10,000 €, excl. vat for plot 1 and from 10,000 € excl. vat and 50,000 € excl. vat for plot 2. the calls depend on various external factors, including correlation with other renovation projects or new construction projects, freeing up of premises, and can therefore not be determined in advance. 4. the contracting authority will initially do so conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three tenderers for each lot. if only one or two regular tenderer(s) present themselves per lot, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with one or more two subscribers. 5. the contracting authority will thus be able to request works in accordance with the conditions set out in this framework agreement from one of the three entrepreneurs who are the first, second and third in...
