Description:
This framework agreement concerns the organization and implementation of National and International (Art) Transport for the permanent collection and exhibitions of Museums Brugge, including all associated work.
- making agreements with domestic and foreign museums, artists' studiosand private collectors
-arranging the customs, import and export formalities
-making agreements with any courier, and if desired, arranging HO-count, per diem and return journey, in consultation with the assignment or loan giver
-the careful in and unpacking of the workAccording to the museum state-of-the-art rules and/or the conditions of the loan giver
-providing with the necessary and/or requested packaging material
-making reuse boxes available and/or (or having it made) the transport of transport as a good householder,Taking into account the state-of-the-art requirements of the assignment or loan giver
The assignment also includes:
-performing art handling in the room (drivers/art handlers have the necessary diplomas to operate a high worker, for example)
-Tools (ladders, lifts, racks, ...) To perform the art handling according to the museum state-of-the-art standards
-the temporarily air-conditioned storage of boxes and/or artworks
