This framework agreement for integrating IT solutions and systems is characterized by the following activity groups: 1. Performing an audit that includes a critical analysis of existing IT hardware platforms. 2. The study and (needs) analysis for the implementation of newICT hardware platforms or of important changes to the existing IT hardware platforms. 4. Delivering, installing,Maintaining and/or managing (including contract management) of a full range of sector-related IT hardware, associated operating software and standard administrative applications, tailored to the specific needs and taking into account the technological evolutions in general (eg solutionfor operating theater, etc.). 5. Building solutions up to and including the testing and implementation of new IT hardware platforms or adjustments to existing IT hardware platforms according to recognized methodologies (eg Unified Communication Solutions, ...). 6. Providing maintenance and supportAs well as keeping the IT costs manageable through optimum management of the existing IT hardware platforms and taking into account the specific business plan. 7.
