• Description:
• The city of Kortrijk wants to equip about 30 buildings with energy meters. This concerns various building types, including residential care centers, sports centers, administrative buildings, depots and community and meeting centers. These sites have almost permanent occupancy and questions therefore reliable, continuous monitoring. All meters to be installed must meet EPC-NR and BACS requirements, allowing for both accurate monitoring and control at asset level. Invoicing takes place in a number of buildings energy consumption; To achieve this, the meters must also enable digital and reliable consumption registration. Within this assignment, the main contractor must be responsible for the following matters: 1.Concluding a purchase contract for the installation of energy meters (electricity, water, gas and heat). 2.The maintenance of these meters via a maintenance and service contract. The contractor is responsible for the correct transfer of the measurement data to the database and the visualization program. If errors occur or a meter/logger or edge device becomes defective, the contractor must resolve this or replace it if necessary so that data loss is kept to a minimum. 3.Setting up a monitoring platform.
