- The nature and size of the works varies and cannot be determined in advance. In addition, the works, deliveries and services must be done i.f.v. The available budgets and still to be determined priority installations to be performed on different and in advance data. The assignments are placed in the execution of the framework agreement by means of partial assignments (= orders). Orders are placed in function of the needs of Woonpunt Zennevallei eg. The quantities actually ordered differ from the quantities from the inventory. The quantities from the inventory are therefore merely indicative and only serve for the comparison of the registrations. With the award of the assignment, the chosen contractor does not receive any right to implement the quantities stated in the inventory nor the total amount of the orders, nor with the quantities to be ordered by post, nor with the proportions of the quantities specified for every post of the inventory. The contractor cannot claim compensation if these quantities are not reached. Only at the time of a separate order (sub -assignment) ...
