This selection guide explains the selection phase of the assignment "Medical Center St.-Jozef - framework agreement: installation and maintenance of new telephone exchange, DECT, alarm server and location determination incl. cabling"
The Medical Center St.-Jozef wants its current telephone exchange, withDECT connection as well as its alarm server and location determination incl. cabling can be replaced in 1 project.
You can find the Floor Plan of the buildings in Appendix G.
An integration will also take place with the smaller site: Psychiatric care home St.-Jozef, located at Cornetstraat 13700 Tongeren. This site must be 100% connected and will use the same facilities as the main site.

The telephony installation (landline telephony)
This must be a VOIP based telephony, which is what we strive for to an on-sito installation.
A limited number of softphones will be provided on the local laptops.
Soft Phone operation may be offered from the Cloud.
The on-site installation will be placed in the telephone technical room of the Medical Center Sint-Jozef Munsterbilzen, the integration from thePsychiatric care home St.-Jozef will be provided via the existing internet tunnel (VPN) between the sites.
This environment contains fixed equipment and counter consoles.
