• Description:
• The Port Authority's building portfolio includes approximately 160 service buildings in Antwerp and approximately 44 service buildings in Zeebrugge and Bruges, with a total floor area of ​​approximately 120,000 m². This heritage consists of various building types, including: administrative buildings (such as the Port House), technical infrastructures (such as radar towers, data centers and lock mechanism buildings), sheds, shelters and buildings with a status as immovable heritage. The assignment includes the objective assessment of the condition (quality) of this building portfolio, including preparation of the MJOP in accordance with the NEN 2767 methodology. The focus is mainly on the architectural assets, but also relevant parts of the technical installations (including electricity, HVAC and plumbing) should be included in the analysis. The purpose of this assignment is to enable the Port Authority to accurately plan maintenance and investment budgets and optimize the Life Cycle Cost of each building. The inspections and condition measurements must be carried out using specialized software that conforms to the NEN 2767 standard. Over a period of six years, the entire building portfolio must be inspected according to this methodology, annually approximately one sixth of the total floor space is processed.
