Description:
Framework agreement for (individual) leasing bicycles for the benefit of the personnel for a term of 48 months. The framework agreement concerns an assignment for deliveries. The framework agreement establishes the global framework that serves as the basis for the placement of the individual assignments.The framework agreement includes leasing bicycles to the staff of various boards in the Antwerp Kempen who are members of the inter -municipal purchase service of IOK (see Appendix C). These boards are understood to mean: police zones, aid zones, OCMW, municipal and city authorities, teachingStaff and personnel of welfare associations belonging to municipal and city authorities. During the term of the contract, a number of welfare associations may still join this framework agreement. A call to the framework agreement concerns a call for leasing aSpecific bicycle to an employee of the participating boards. It is a non-exclusive framework contract without any purchase obligation. Consequently, notwithstanding theGunning and the conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of this cutlery, the aforementioned boards to order elsewhere during the duration of the contract or not to place an order. The contractor cannot pay compensation for thiseisen.
