• Agso Knokke-Heist
• BMCC vzw
• Bruges Plus vzw
City of Bruges is taking place for this assignment As a purchasing center, where the above entities are regarded as customers, see assignment documents. A separate policy is drawn up per participating entity.
Explanation with regard to the hospitalization insurance:
• The connection for individual membership is voluntary.
• The hospitalization insurance is provided for: - all staff members of the city of Bruges and their family members - retired staff and the partner of the retired staff member
• This insurance policy insures the costs of a hospitalization, the pre and post-hospital costs and the costs of An exhaustive list of serious diseases (this without the need for a hospitalization).
• The coverage of hospitalization must offer 2 formulas: - an extensive formula where coverage is provided for a single room with a franchise if this room is for personal reason chosen. - A basic formula where the coverage is provided without franchise from the recording in a double room. The cousins must choose the same formula.
