Lot 1: Development of semantic (linked data) solutions for the use cases
This lot focuses mainly on companies dwho have in-house developers who can program the software solutions.
This concerns the largest part of the framework agreement. Although it is a lot with high value orders, we choose not to split it further. For the development of the use cases we determine immers the overall development capacity that is then allocated according to the placement procedure. We want developers to be as versatile and flexible as possible according to (changing) needs. This also applies to specialized profiles, such as data modelers and architectsthat we want to see with their 'bones in the mud' so that data models and architecture are also workable in practice.

Lot 2: Design of semantic (linked data) solutions for the use cases
This lot focuses on companies that have designers in-houseand who can shape the software solutions. This concerns a more limited part of the framework agreement specifically for design profiles. We can give guidance that we estimate this plot to be around 5 to 8% of the total value of the framework agreement.
