Description:
This framework agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing in a tax -optimized manner to the employees of Interleuven and the partners of Interleuven (local authorities (this also includes the teaching staff), OCMWs, police zones andassistance zone). It must also be possible to take over the bicycle individually for the real remaining market value at the end of the lease period. The bicycle leasing provider makes this possible by offering a digital platform to which employers, employees and bicycle dealershaving access and where the maximum is used for unburdening.
The term of the assignment at the level of the framework agreement is 24 months and is once extended by 24 months with a maximum of 48 months (4 years). The duration of the individual leasing agreements for the end usersis 36 months.
