Description:
Framework agreement of 4 years for the purchase of additional camera systems and 8 years for the maintenance of the existing installation. The existing installation is made up of a camera network of different camera brands and camera types, connected to different servers across the differentbuildings, linked to a fiber optic network and/or microwave connections.
Through this framework agreement, the Waasland-Noord Police Zone wishes to consolidate the current camera network and possibly further expand it by allowing it to grow in a future-oriented way through camera-related services, with the aim ofadds additional ANPR functionalities, speed measurement, image analysis, counting (real-time and post) and other new techniques that become possible. AI applications can also be added throughout the duration of the window contact.
The tenderer must be fully aware of thatthe emphasis is on expanding, renewing and maintaining the existing camera network in the Waasland-Noord Police Zone. The tenderer guarantees the maintenance of the existing camera network and, by extension, the camera networks of the current and possibly future linkedauthorities of the police zone.
An inventory of the existing installation is included in appendix A.
