- This assignment concerns DTP and layout, offering a digital corporate identity platform and printing standardized printed matter (further in 'Provisions' below). Execution takes place at the supplier's location. The placement procedure is public procedure. There are 3 plots, the providers may subscribe to 1 or more plots: -DTP and layout -Corporate identity platform -Standardized printing Lot 1: DTP and layout Lot 2: corporate identity platform Lot 3: standardized printing VUB has a VUB house style (https://www.vub.be/huisstijl) and numerous open source files. A separate corporate identity was also developed for the collaboration with ULB. All products made on behalf of the VUB and ULB-VUB automatically become the property of VUB, all open files must be stored (including archives for the duration of this assignment), made available upon simple request and periodically transferred to the VUB. The contractor will therefore mainly design this layout apply it with other logos, images and text material and thus also prepare it for print or digital print/display. This is what we understand by DTP. In addition, the contractor will develop new layouts in order to keep the corporate identity evolving and up to date to keep.
