- Framework agreement for drawing up, implementing and adjusting evacuation plans. The contracting authority is obliged to equip its buildings with clear evacuation plans and signage. These plans and signage must be drawn up in accordance with regulations. This contributes to increased safety for visitors and employees and ensures efficient evacuation in the event of an emergency. That is why an order is being issued for the layout, delivery and installation of evacuation plans and signaling in the buildings of the Antwerp group. The assignment includes: - Drawing up detailed and regulatory evacuation plans per building. - Supplying the necessary signaling signs and pictograms in accordance with the applicable legislation (ISO 7010, NBN standards). - Placing signage To meet all these obligations, the city of Antwerp concludes a framework agreement with a term of 4 years for the preparation, implementation and adjustment of fire evacuation plans for a number of buildings of the Antwerp group.
