The assignment is divided into two plots and must lead to a non-exclusive framework agreement with one supplier per parcel to make a digital participation platform available to support a citizen participation policy and for all necessary services at theOrganizing participation projects including the required digital instruments.

The implementation of a digital participation platform, including hosting, maintenance, support and the possibility of configuration and integration tailored to the buyer (s). The platformMust be suitable for a wide range of participation forms, such as collection of ideas, surveys and reporting, and easy to manage (mainly local) boards themselves. The platform lends itself to the implementation of participation initiatives with regard to the "classic themes" such asThe design of public space, the public services, the use of the budgets, local mobility and environmental issues, local care initiatives, etc. But thanks to the modular structure, it is also possible to use special matters with a very local focus.
