Description:
The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement for 1 year (3x extending by 1 year) with one contractor for outsourcing SIEM/SOC services. These services are in line with the Microsoft Security Technology of VLM and at least include monitoring and primary support With ICT CyberSecurity incidents (24/7). This is reported monthly and recommendations are formulated. In addition to monitoring, the service provider is also expected to be responsible for a more extensive incident response with (significant) IT incidents in collaboration with the IT team of VLM. The service starts on January 1, 2026.
