- The aim is to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery, placement, maintenance and repair of underground and above -ground waste systems and the delivery and maintenance of the full IT infrastructure (hardware and software) to maximum digital assignmentto support. This assignment includes the delivery and placement of new and the renovation of existing underground (existing underground waste system on an existing concrete well) and above -ground waste systems. This assignment also includes the maintenance and repair of underground and above -groundFiling systems. The contractor provides an IT application, and also maintains it, in which the status of all waste systems is kept, for the access control and access management of the waste system and for keeping the balances (credits (charged balances) of the citizens for the citizens for the citizensPayment for using the waste systems). For the latter there is a link with the follow -up system of the contracting authority. The IT application also allows you to report and follow all incidents and to follow (the status of) interventions (via tickets and statuses of these tickets).The contracting authority uses only 3-hook pickup containers, part of which must be equipped with a weighing unit.
