Description:
In order to support the operation and activities of the services, Local Governance wishes to conclude a new framework agreement with 2 entrepreneurs for the delivery of beverages and accessories. In addition to the articles listed in the inventory, all other articles offered by the contractor (s) can also be the subject of this agreement. A framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of two participants for a period of 48 months. The conditions of the assignments based on the framework agreement are fully laid down in the specifications, with the exception of the quantities to be purchased. The estimated amount of publication is around € 49,000 excl. VAT per year annually (based on the effective expenditure of the past year). This information is merely indicative. They do not bind the board in any way. The contractor cannot demand (damage) compensation if this estimated amount is not achieved.
