Object of these deliveries: framework agreement for the delivery and placement of conference tables and meeting chairs.

The framework agreement includes the delivery, placing and mounting of the office furniture and measured in the measurement statement and the removal of the packaging material.

ItThe provider is allowed to offer his own system. This must then meet the minimum requirements
The provider may offer products that are equivalent to the specifications described. The equality is assessed on the basis of functional performance, quality,Sustainability and aesthetics. The supplier is responsible for delivering documentation that demonstrates this equality. The client reserves the right to reject products if they do not meet the set requirements.

The assignment is divided into followingplots:

Plot 1 "Delivery and placement of conference tables"
The framework agreement comprises on the one hand the delivery and placement of meeting tables for the design of the new Earth building at the end of 2025 and on the other hand orders on demand of the same meeting tables elsewhere at Vito during the whole wholeduration of the framework agreement.
