The framework agreement includes the delivery, placing and mounting of the office furniture and measured in the measurement statement and the removal of the packaging material.
It is the provider admitted to offer his own system. This must then be answered to theminimum requirements.
The provider may offer products that are equivalent to the specifications described. The equality is assessed on the basis of functional performance, quality, sustainability and aesthetics. The supplier is responsible for delivering documentation that thisdemonstrates equality. The Client reserves the right to reject products if they do not meet the set requirements.The office furniture and the removal of the packaging material measured in the specifications and in the measurement statement.
