This assignment is an assignment for services and the subject is 'Framework agreement for the delivery and implementation of a NextGen call center solution for the Oost-Limburg Hospital'. Explanation of the assignment: The order concerns delivery (SaaS subscriptions) and services for a Teams-native contact center & attendant console with integrated reporting and omnichannel (telephony, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, web chat, SMS, etc.) and standard connectors to current CRM/ITSM packages, including implementation, configuration, migration, training and service. Microsoft platform licenses and services such as Power BI, Azure AI resources, Power Automate and Teams Phone are not part of the scope of this tender. This command is a framework agreement as referred to in art. 2, 35° of the Public Procurement Act. We will work with one quotation for purchase and implementation.
