Description:
Plot 1 concerns work shoes from, among others, the types O1 and OB.
Plot 2 concerns safety shoes from, among others, the types of S1P, S2 and S3, as well as insoles.
NB: For the different categories, minimal requirements will be set in particular, which will only be the selected candidates are delivered in the next phase of the award procedure.
UZ Gent retains without any obligation to account in relation to the supplier (s) the right to object the subject of a award in the context of this file have been called to be ordered from another supplier.
The candidate is pointed out that the presumably stated in the assignment documents quantities are only provided by way of information. So there is no commitment from UZ Gent for the quantities to be purchased.
A lager turnover than the total price of the inventory based on the prognosis does not entitle any compensation.
