- Framework Agreement for Deliveryping PMD Bags The present assignment concerns the delivery of polyethylene bags for the selective collection of the PMD fraction (plastic packaging, metal packaging and beverage cartons) (hereinafter the "PMD bags") (hereinafter the "assignment"). This selective collection takes place in the context of a FOST PLUS project with a view to applying the cooperation agreement of 4 November 2008 on the prevention and management of packaging waste (hereinafter the "cooperation agreement"). The tenderer (hereinafter the "supplier") undertakes to deliver the following posts in the context of this command: - PE bags of 60 liters (Dutch printing) with wavetop closure in rolls of 20 bags of 60 liters' bags (bilingual Printing Dutch-French) with wavet closure in rollers of 100 pockets of 100 liters (Dutch printing) with wavetop closure in rollers of 20 bags of 100 liters (bilingual printing Dutch-French) with wavet seal in rolls of 20 bags of pockets of 120 liters with wavet seal in rolls of 20 pockets Type Procedure: Open Procedure
