WZC Meulenbroek consists of 164 residential units of which 5 shortcuts consisting of 4 nursing departments.
In accordance with the Public Procurement Act, following the procedure does not include an obligation to allocate the assignment. The contracting authority can both abandon the awardingof the assignment if the procedure re -start, if necessary in a different way.
Duration of the assignment
the assignment runs over a period of 6 years, with the foreseen starting date 14 February 2026. This starting date is subject to the closing letter only in the closing letter after awardis sent.
As soon as the maximum value of this assignment is achieved, it will be stopped, regardless of whether the term has already been reached or not, the assignment due to exceeding this maximum value.
cancellation
The board can unilaterally put an end to the current contract by appearanceTwo months before the annual due date, a registered letter to the supplier. In the event of an interim termination of the contract according to the higher procedure, none of the parties can claim any compensation, of any kind.
