Through current assignment, the contracting authority wishes to take out closing ofa framework agreement in accordance with Article 43 par. 4 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 with the reference "P8439 in012359.p60 framework agreement for decoupling, supplying, connecting, configuring, putting and maintaining fire detection and burglary centers as well asThe management software in UZ Leuven buildings "with one (1) entrepreneur. The execution of this assignment includes work in both existing buildings and within the yard zones of renovation or new construction projects. 2. The assignment includes: a. The replacement of existing (end-of-life) fire detection centersCurrently there are around 30 existing fire detection systems with a total of 120 power stations installed and spread over the Gasthuisberg, Pellenberg and Sint-Rafael campuses, good for
17,000 detectors on 528,000 m2. Within this framework agreement, these existing fire detection plants will be replacedPreferably in a period of 4 years. The works include the preparation of the disconnection, disconnecting the existing power stations, and the delivery, placement and service of the new power stations.
