- The assignment is contained in its entirety in a single parcel: - A "Rapid Incident Response" retainer that provides SLA-guaranteed on-call access to high-quality CSIRT/Rapid Response services, with both remote and on-prem services - A guaranteed availability and scale bare deployability of relevant skilled engineers - A basic set of additional services should be part of the basic offering: o Development and communication of a best-practice sectoral Rapid/Incident Responsetuning the Sectoral Rapid/Incident Response plan to the needs and situation of the purchasing member o Cyclical targeted table-top exercises per member or grouping of members according to scenario-specific playbooks o An annual RRP readiness assessment and recommendations for each purchasing member o Eand annual sectoral readiness roll-up reporting - A set of mandatory optional services according to the needs and maturity of the customer. In this first phase of the procedure, one can apply for the assignment via the application for participation form.
