This assignment concerns a framework agreement in which the conditions of the service are agreed, which will be taken into account when carrying out the later assignments. The framework agreement creates a contractual framework with regard to the recording of the conditions ofindividual assignments regarding the creation and distribution of electronic checks (mainly meal vouchers, but also eco vouchers, gift vouchers and sports and cultural vouchers) and accompanying services, which are performed for Farys and, if the water, the water group on the one hand on the one hand and theShareholders/partners of Creat and the participants of Creat Services on the other hand.
