Framework agreement for the coordination of safety and health on temporary or mobile construction sites on the territory of the City of Liege and in particular the Department of Works and Public Space Management
On the one hand, the purpose of this contract is the provision of services consisting of the carrying out the missions of a safety and health coordinator during: - the development of the study of the work (project coordination); - its execution (coordination-execution). In the spirit of the Royal Decree of January 25, 2001 relating to temporary or mobile construction sites, this is of a major and essential aspect in the execution of work in public spaces since the coordination of safety and health concerns the safety of all authorized or unauthorized people having access to the site: local residents, passers-by, etc. Furthermore, this contract is a framework agreement of services: - concluded for a fixed period of one year, starting on January 1, 2026 at the earliest; - concluded with a single participant (article 43 §3 of the Law of June 17, 2016). When it expires, the contract may be renewed three times, for a period of 12 months each time it is renewed. The renewal is tacit. In the event that the contract is not extended, the successful bidder cannot claim damages as a result of this decision. The contract is SINGLE and INDIVISIBLE and will therefore be awarded to a single successful service provider.
