- As a purchasing center, the Municipality of AS wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one beneficiary per plot for its insurance portfolio, in accordance with Article 2,35 of the Basic Act 17/6/2016, whereby it acts as a purchasing center with additional purchasing activities up to and including the closure ofthe framework agreement, as described in art.2.6 of the basic law of 17/6/2016 ordered with the additional purchase activities as described in art.2.8 of the aforementioned law; and this both in your own name and OCMW AS.
The current assignment is an assignment for services (intellectual services)It falls under the 06a of Appendix 2 of the Law of 17 June 2016 and concerns: renewal and in competition statement of the insurance portfolio and related services
