Description:
The current assignment is an assignment for services (intellectual services) He falls under the 06a category of Appendix 2 of the Law of 17 June 2016 and concerns: renewal and in competition statement of the insurance portfolio and related services
the assignment for insurance servicesis subdivided into different plots and and shutters as information below and as they are later described in the technical file of the specifications and. This breakdown is done to achieve the most economically advantageous solution, which can consist of continuing currentinsurance or to enable management facilitation per parcel, whereby the classification into parcels is in line with the administrative task distribution of their management.
The AO therefore also reserves the right to the public contract as a whole or in part (both certain plots andnot to grant certain shutters) without this opening any right to compensation for the tenderers.
The tenderers must, on pain of substantial irregularity, register on a full plot to secure and to secure uniform communication and treatment of the files andto facilitate the management.
The different shutters within the plots will, where possible, be interpreted in a separate framework policy for the participants in the merged assignment with a split invoicing.
