Description:
1. Through current assignment, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Article 43 par. 4 of the Government Assignments Act of 17 June 2016 with the reference "P8468 to P8490 Framework Agreement for collection, transport and processing of medical and non-medicalwaste flows for UZ Leuven "with one (1) entrepreneur per plot.
2. The assignment includes the collection, transport and/or processing of all kinds of medical and non-medical waste that is further specified per plot.
3. Thus, the contracting authority will initially proceed to closeA framework agreement with one (1) tenderer per parcel.
4. According to the conditions specified in this framework agreement, the contracting authority will thus be able to invoke services, but the contracting authority can always consult the entrepreneur who is party to the framework agreement in writing and, if necessary,, if necessary,requests to supplement his quotation.
5. The duration of this framework agreement per plot is 4 years starting on the day of allocation. If due for a notice period of 3 months, the contracting authority can always put an end to the framework agreement without giving any reason, without giving any reasonper plot. In order to bridge the transition period to a new framework agreement, the agreement can be extended by a maximum of 3 times 2 months per plot on the proposal of the contracting authority.
