Description:
This assignment includes a framework contract for carrying out statutory technical inspections of materials and machines.
Electrical installations
The contractor must be responsible for carrying out (periodic) checks on non-domestic and household electrical installations.divided into: - high-voltage installations, - low-voltage installations, - lightning protection installations
Lifting and hoisting equipment
The contractor must be responsible for carrying out (periodic) checks on lifting and hoisting equipment, divided into: - lifts, - lifting and hoisting equipment (cranes, branchalder, aerial work platforms,...), - lifting and hoisting tools, - handling equipment, - stairs and (emergency) ladders, - protective equipment against falls, - scaffolding
Gas installations
The contractor must be responsible for carrying out (periodic) checks in accordance with the provisions and objectives of:- hThe Decree of the Flemish Government of 9/12/2011 on fire safety for elderly facilities and centers for recovery accommodation: - the Decree of the Flemish Government of 19/9/2008 on the standards for the prevention of fire in childcare facilities.
Fire safety
The contractormust be responsible for carrying out (periodic) inspections in accordance with the provisions and objectives of: - the Royal Decree of 28 March 2014 regarding fire prevention at workplaces was published in the Belgian Official Gazette of 23 April 2014; - the ARAB art. 52;- the NBN standard...
