- As part of its operations, the City must occasionally have exploratory soil surveys carried out, for example before a transfer. In addition, invoices sometimes need to be drawn up for the division of a risk plot, or to have a risk plot removed from the inventory. Besides thatthe OVAM by means of the OVAM 2036 objective provides for a catch-up process, which means that sites must also be investigated, regardless of any transfers. If these soil investigations reveal soil contamination that requires further (research) measures, a decision can be madeand to switch the current exploratory soil survey to an exploratory and descriptive soil survey or to draw up a descriptive soil survey on this site at a later stage via this framework contract. Finally, this assignment also allows decretal or non-decretal exploratorySoil surveys are carried out. These can be investigations at PFAS suspected risk locations, in accordance with the research protocol for exploratory PFAS studies, as well as smaller, non-decretal screening studies.
