Description:
The contracting authority wishes to be relieved of the implementation of technical checks or not, as well as their follow -up. In particular, the assignment includes the following assignments on the basis of the contractor:
the feeding so that the contracting authority is in order in accordance with the legal obligations and installments. that the entrepreneur has an online portal (web tool) where the processing of the inspection reports can be shared and followed up (minimum requirement); and
- In addition to the follow -up and implementation of the statutory inspections, the contracting authority can have a risk analysis carried out on demand by the entrepreneur, have the entrepreneur carried out by the entrepreneur and/or advisable questions to the Entrepreneur.
