- VUB wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the organization of business trips. The assignment consists of: - ordering plane tickets point to point via an online tool - ordering plane tickets for complex trips via offline mode - possibility to order hotel stays, cars, train tickets, whether or not in online or offline mode VUB currently books +/- 50% of its trips online and +/-50% offline. The intention is to to continue the online part increase. We are looking for a travel agent who is recognized as an official SAP Concur partner and has proven expertise within the SAP Concur Travel ecosystem. SAP Concur, including Travel, is already purchased and the implementation services are provided. The selected partner will be responsible for the issuing travel information and tickets, and must be able to make a direct link with Global Distribution System (GDS) for seamless integration with SAP Concur. Since CO2 compensation is important for us, we are looking for a partner who may be one of the supports the following three solutions around sustainability and CO2 compensation: - Thrust Carbon for Concur Travel - Jet Set Offset - SQUAKE CO2 Solution Suite SAP Concur is our choice platform for integrated travel, expenditure and invoice management.
