Description:
This assignment aims to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of lease bicycles and associated services. SOLVA acts as a purchasing center, in accordance with Article 2, 6, a) and 7, b) and Article 47, §1 and §2 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. The framework agreement is intended for employees of SOLVA, its partners and participating entities who can access bicycle leasing services through SOLVA.
SOLVA organizes and manages the procedure as a purchasing center, in its own name and on behalf of itself and optionally participating beneficiary contracting authorities (BAOs). After award, the individual BAOs are responsible for placing orders with the selected supplier. SOLVA guarantees the transparency of the procedure and supervises, but is not responsible for the content or handling of individual orders by the participants.
