Description:
More specifically, the following activities are meant: - Performing new construction painting, maintenance painting and/or repair painting on location, both inside and outside; - pre -treating surfaces (for example, sanding, filling and scratching); - Application of paint systems (ground,adhesive, intermediate and finishing layers); - applying (sprayed) lacquer layer; - finishing walls (application wall coverings); - finishing floors (applying varnish or oil layers on woody surface); - Placing soft floor coverings (carpet, linino, etc.) and preparing the surface; - Conservationmade of metal. Two framework contractors (insofar as the number of suitable quotes is sufficiently large) are appointed for the current framework contract, whereby the tenderer with the cheapest quotation is initially awarded all partial assignments. Only when the contract is broken down, either byBoard, either by the initial contractor, are given to the second contractor. However, a sub -assignment will never be placed in competition. A separate service is given per sub -assignment, whereby the nature and extent of the works, starting date and execution periodare specified. Your own PV of determining the acceptance of the works of the sub -assignment will be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of this specifications. Each sub -assignment is awarded separately, based on a measurement statement and prior estimated amount. However, there is no minimum amount, nor can ita minimum number of partial assignments are guaranteed. This estimate is purely indicative. The assignment can be extended 3 times.
